Second time I have used them for HVAC duct work and added an additional vent to the master bedroom. They do excellent work and do not rip you off which is sadly becoming exceedingly rare. As long as they continue to operate this way I’ll use them exclusively for my HVAC repairs and recommend them to everyone.

When I was looking for a new gas pack and duct system I was a little suspicious of all the 5 star reviews. After getting several estimates I did choose Super Cool HVAC. Guess what? Yup …. 5 stars! The price they gave me was bottom line, including taxes, fees, permits, etc. No surprises; I don’t like surprises. They actually gave me quotes on 2 different gas pack units. They definitely listened to my needs and concerns. The work was completed in a timely manner and totally cleaned up when finished. Everyone in the company has been very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend Super Cool HVAC

Scott came out to do regular maintenance on our HVAC and found a few issues that needed to be repaired. He stayed way past the appointment time to make sure that everything was fixed and working properly and thoroughly explained what was wrong and the cost of each repair (surprisingly reasonable!). We'll absolutely use Super Cool again!

Been on a service plan for years now, and I still only have good things to say. They have replaced an entire unit for me and have always been responsible, competent and transparent. The techs are polite and helpful. Special mention to our latest tech Adam who was answering all my annoying questions with ease. Would highly recommend.
