I’m so glad I called Super Cool HVAC. The heating in my rental wasn’t running properly, so I first contacted another company for a diagnostic. They told me I needed a new control board and a motor, quoting me $1,200. A few things they said didn’t add up, so I decided to get a second opinion.
Super Cool HVAC scheduled me the same day. Their technician ended up fixing the issue by some cleaning of my HVAC unit. He sent me a video showing that my control board was functioning.
I really appreciate their honesty, expertise, and professionalism. Working with the technician, Omar, was a pleasure. He patiently explained everything and made sure I understood what was going on. I highly recommend Super Cool HVAC!!
