Super Cool HVAC is not a sales company pushing hard start kits, surge protectors, and IAQ gimmicks at every visit. We’re seeking employees who want to do honest HVAC install, maintenance, or service work on residential and light commercial equipment. Our company has grown from one guy in 2021 to a team of ten in 2024, and we've done that through our reputation, which is our number one focus. You’ll be working for an owner/technician, not a KPI-obsessed middle-manager with little field experience.
