Dylan and the crew were professional throughout our HVAC (gas pack) and thermostat installation. They started on time and finished the same day. They cleaned up very well and the new unit looks great. Shout out to Miranda and Jason for helping to get this set up. I will be using them to service our HVAC moving forward.

A friend recommended Super Cool to me. I had ducts on the first floor that were not blowing air at all. Omar and team were top notch repairing my ductwork that was damaged. Communication was very straightforward about what the issue was and how invasive it would be to repair it, price was reasonable, and the issue was fully fixed upon their departure. Highly recommended them for all your HVAC needs.

Scott performed a full diagnostic on our home systems for us. He highlighted areas that were immediately problematic, but also how to extend the lifespan of various components. I felt like I was getting honest advice without a "sales job". That's all I ever ask for.

Courtland was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in detail. Scheduling and communication through out the process was excellent.

Super Cool HVAC, and specifically our technician Adam, are outstanding. I’m blown away by the amount of things Adam checked, cleaned, maintained and otherwise serviced while doing our annual spring tune up. The best part is not once did he try to sell me anything or imply that my system was worse off than it is. He was even nice enough to walk me through an explanation of why we actually needed less filters in our house in order for our system to run more optimally. Super Cool sells filters. It’s in their best interest to sell me filters, whether I need them or not, yet Adam was more concerned about making sure our system runs most efficiently. I am genuinely appreciative of a company that focuses on doing what’s best for the customer and not on how they can squeeze every last dollar out of a transaction.

We had a really great experience working with Omar today when our compressor fan wouldn't start. Really appreciated how prompt Super Cool was in getting someone out to us, the fact that they were affordable, and we were also grateful to Omar for educating us on basic compressor maintenance from season to season. Solid service all around - we'll definitely be calling them again!

Had an issue in a condo rental unit- called due to water stains and leak from ceiling where HVAC is and and got service call same day: quickly determined issue from unit above. The professional assessment with photos enabled us to escalate with building property company and hoa.

Full heat pump replacement - would definitely recommend. Worked with professionals who weren’t trying to upsell you and were patient discussing each available option with me. In terms of install, they were quick and efficient. Definitely would recommend!
