The Installation Process

  1. On-Site Consultation After you schedule your appointment, we’ll send an experienced consultant to evaluate your home and specific needs for your HVAC system. Our consultations include a free on-site evaluation and estimate. We also can provide a second opinion and reviews of other quotes you may have received so you can understand all your options.
  2. Schedule an Installation Once you have decided on your new system & approve the quoted estimate, we’ll reach out to schedule an installation date. We’ll match you with an installation team to provide an expert installation in a timely manner with minimal impact on your home environment.
  3. Notifications Before your appointment, we’ll send you an email and text notification confirming your appointment with us. If something’s come up, and you need to reschedule, that’s okay too—just let us know, and we can find a day that works better for you!
  4. Installation Appointment On the day of your appointment, you will receive a notification that your installation team is on the way and you can expect them to complete your HVAC installation service as scheduled. Here at Super Cool, we are committed to leaving your home or business exactly as we found it—no mess, no stress.
  5. Inspections Following the completion of the new system installation or replacement, you’ll receive a call or text to schedule an appointment with an inspector for the city or county that you live in. Here at Super Cool, we take code enforcement very seriously and want to do everything we can to provide top notch service and solutions unique to your home while keeping your family safe & healthy.
  6. Follow Up Our work isn’t done until you’re happy with it. After your installation appointment, we’ll reach out to make sure you’re received the service you asked for. If not, and there’s something you felt we could have done better—or if there’s anything more that you need from us—let us know, and we will make it right.

Warranty Registration

All new installations include equipment warranties that are processed by our administrative team so that you don’t have to worry about remembering to register yet another warranty for your home and appliances.

We also offer Labor Warranties to cover the cost of any warranty repairs that may come up in the years to come. Though this does come as an additional cost up-front, it is well worth it should something go wrong further down the line!
